Aqua Terra Physical Therapy provides individualized treatment focused on the goals of each client. Laurel has assisted clients in everything from taking their first steps to swimming across the English Channel. Laurel strives to assist children and adults improve functional abilities and reach their fullest potential utilizing the Feldenkrais Method®, principles of physical therapy, craniosacral therapy and massage therapy. She considers it a responsibility and privilege to utilize her skills to assist her clients in attaining a higher level of mobility and success.

Aqua Terra Physical therapy was founded in 2010 by Laurel Condro Physical Therapist to assist children and adults improve their functional abilities and recover from injury.

Laurel has over 20 years of physical therapy experience helping clients in the pool and on land. She has worked in various settings including rehabilitation hospitals, out patient therapy clinics and home and community settings. She had worked with people recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, and athletes. Aquatic services benefit children and adults with neurological diagnoses, chronic pain, post surgical rehabilitation, and patients who have had unsatisfactory results with land therapies. Aquatic services are based at the Janet Pomeroy Center for Recreation and Rehabilitation.Awareness Through Movement

Land based therapy draws on the principles of the Feldenkrais Method®, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, and deep tissue massage. Clients receive one on one manual therapy and instruction in exercises to perform between sessions. Land based services are provided at Activspace San Francisco 3150 18th St. #258. Home visits are also available.

Group Awareness Through Movement® classes are provided through Aqua Terra Physical Therapy. Ongoing classes take place on Tuesdays from 11-12 at the Aquatic Park Fitness Center.
